2007-12-24. 潮式聖誕大餐

功夫茶(都是用鐵觀音)


滷水鵝片


椒鹽九肚魚


川椒雞(the green stuff is fried basil)

煎蠔餅(I have gout...I can't eat too much oyster anymore)

Satay Beef + 芥蘭

潮式紅燒豆腐煲

水晶飽(美國沒見過。皮用番薯粉做,要薄中有韌。Inside is green bean or red bean)

滷水鵝

滷水鵝掌、翼、蛋、大腸等....後面是凍烏頭魚(凍食,點潮州豆醬)

潮州凍蟹(500-600hkd each. I don't like crab anyway..too much work)
